What were different philosophers viewpoints on the conception of Autonomy as an aim of the Enlightenment?

Particularly intrested in the viewpoints of Rousseau / Mill / Kant / Heidegger. Did they support or criticise the idea of autonomy? What were thier reasons for holding that viewpoint? Please help me :) x
